In this project a car-park building was refurbished to create 5 levels of highly specified office space. $20M construction cost.
Contracted by BDS, we designed chiller plant, constant and variable volume water circuits to chilled beams, boiler plant and boiler water circuits to perimeter radiators.
Plumbing to, and drainage from, kitchenettes and toilet facilities were also incorporated into the design.
Working with curved and ramped floor plates added complexity to the design. We successfully managed the flow of diagrams, elevation drawings and timely advise, so that design and installation budgets and completion dates were met.
